For over 20 years I have worked at the intersection of technology, management and education. In 2003 I founded CloudTeam and led it as CEO until June 2025. In that time I delivered hundreds of trainings and built dozens of development programs — and shaped an organization, teams and products that made a real impact on clients.
I am an entrepreneur who co-founded and grew several companies — some successfully scaled to the next stage, including exit. I know business not just from a consulting angle, but from the practice of making decisions, taking risks and building real value.
In recent years I co-authored products for higher education, but my experience spans a far wider range — from education and IT to diverse business environments.
I specialize in combining project management, IT services and artificial intelligence in ways that make sense in real-world delivery. I work with approaches like PMI, ITIL, Agile, DevOps and the modern AI-adjacent methodologies — from prompt engineering through human-in-the-loop to designing AI-supported processes.
But what really defines me is the way I work with people.
I built and led teams whose goal was not only to ship results, but to grow competence, autonomy and responsibility. Lasting success starts with people — their engagement, sense of purpose and room to grow.
That is why I combine focus on outcomes with a real care for people. I work with organizations that want not only to keep up with change, but to use it deliberately — without chaos, without hype, with concrete impact.

I don't manage a single project — I design how an organization runs projects. I create and deploy methodologies fitted to the company, decision models and process structures.
